The sound you hear uccurs when the espresso is made ristretto style meanin. If the pump is not making it s normal vibrating sound but it is just humming quietly the pump likely needs to be replaced. Gaggia classic pump failed i think. Baby twin turning on and off evey couple of minutes. The pump has been replaced with an original part but it hasn t fixed the pro. This is my original gaggia classic where there is almost no flow from the group.
